I have this model, and there are only 3 shocks. Two on the left and one on the right rear. If there were a shock on the front right it would interfere with the drain hose and pump.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer part that includes the bearings - W10285625 (rear outer tub) is no longer available. You can order a 3rd party replacement bearing kit, but it requires removing and splitting the tub apart to replace the bearings and seal. Depending on your repair skills and/or how badly you need to fix this, it may be easier to buy a new washer.
