@v0lc0m a single pixel wide line is most commonly a tab error. That is where the bond between the small ribbon cable entering the panel has failed. Sometimes the line will disappear for as long as you apply pressure at the tab that is located where the line is. This usually requires a replacement of the panel and cannot be fixed by the normal DIY'er.
