Touch screen not working after hard reset.

Got this for my daughter a couple months ago. I would send it in for repair but my daughter is the one who took it swimming. Thing is, it was working after she did that. Now 4 days later the screen wont respond to touch. Already did a hard reset but still not working. Any suggestions?
