Is it the monitor problem? If it's a system program, you can restore it on iTunes and try again.

It looks like the hardware problem. Last time I met a problem just like yours, but luckily, it's the system problem, I restore my iPhone 6s using a software likely called FonePaw iOS System Recovery. And it worked! So, hope you can fix it.
