Hi @ashleypennybacker,

1. Check that the camera is turned on.

Go to ''Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera''

2. Check the status of the webcam in Device Manager.

In the Search field, type Device Manager.

i. Click or touch the ''Device Manager'' application.

ii. Double-click or touch ''Imaging'' devices.

iii. Right-click or touch ''Web Camera''.

Check to see if the webcam is listed in the devices and whether it has a red cross or yellow exclamation mark next to it.

If it has a red cross, right click on the webcam entry and then select ''enable'' from the options and then check if the webcam now works OK.

If it has a yellow exclamation mark, right click on the entry and select update driver and follow the prompts.
