Seal/repair polyurethane/fabric headset earcushions.

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I have a Razer Tiamat V1 with wornout earcushions. The polyurethane coating (fake leather) has flaked off over time, Does anyone know how to fix this?
I was thinking I could just coat the underlying fabric and remaining polyurethane in a seal of some kind. I'm just not sure what product to use. It needs to be skin safe, flexible and durable.
-PS: I'd obviously just buy replacement earcushions, but Razer doesn't sell them and all OEM versions are too small.
