Just an FYI, if you do not have an home button installed it will take 1-5 minutes for it to turn on on apple logo.

+The front camera not being connected will not affect the boot time on an iPhone 7, however a faulty / damaged front camera flex can make the iPhone get stuck in a bootloop / take ages to turn on or even cause touch ID to not work.
