I'm a deployed military member, hoping not to have to send my Ipod in to Apple, as I know it'll be a long turn around most likely.
It is stuck on the Connect to your computer, use Itunes to restore, white screen. It will only be periodically recognized by my computer when plugged in via USB. When it is, I cannot format it, because any time I try to right click on the device, it will not respond and I get the perpetual "blue circle" indicating windows explorer is searching/working. I have a feeling there may be no help for it, short of sending it in to Apple, but I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance!
