Dead, no power on

I have the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 High-end Digital Camera - Black DMC-FZ35K.

I am trying to turn it on but it is not working, totally dead. I replaced the battery, tried to turn it on but no luck, nothing gets turned on, totally dead. I don't  know what is the problem. Can you advise me what part needs to be replaced to solve the problem?
