Hi Mohit @mgupta70 a screen just going bad doesnt happen very often without a catalysis . SO lets assume the worst and start to tear it down as if we are going to replace the LCD They can be purchased on[https://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313.TR11.TRC1.A0.H0.Xnexus+5+lcd.TRS0&_nkw=nexus+5+lcd&_sacat=0|ebay]for as cheap as 30 dollars This guide can help with the teardown

-But as were not sure this is the whole problem examine the logic board closely as toy tear it down . look for corrosion or discoloration .Next make sure all cables are connected securely and correctly as you disconnect them. Look for rips or tears in ribbon cables check for cracks in any folded ribbon cables. Check for any changes in color and or burn marks . If all seems fine then proceed with the screen replacement .
