My missus' ASUS netbook HDD started going south after a mere 14 months. We had to have Geek Squad replace the 1TB Seagate HDD with a 120GB SSD. They didn't carry the same drive that came out, or one that would fit. Yeah, she lost a ''considerable'' amount of storage space. But for a netbook, 120GB is more than sufficient for her... email, some word processing and Excel stuff. Besides, it's 4-5 times faster when booting up. BTW, we'll never buy another ASUS!
