Have you moved any of your personal data e.g. photos, music, videos etc from the tablet's internal storage to the SD Card to create space on the internal storage? Use the tablet's File Manager (or equivalent) app to do this

You can try and create more space in the internal storage area by moving your already downloaded apps to the SD card. Go to ''Settings > Apps > Downloaded ''scroll down and tap to enter your downloaded apps (one at a time) and see if the is an option available that says ''Move to SD card''. If there is, tap the option and follow the prompts.
If the option is greyed out (or is not there) then the app's developer has not given permission for the app to be moved when the app was first created.
