Hi. I have had the same issue. JBL PULSE2 device is just blinking when I press the Bluetooth button. Took the device with me in the car and boom it worked. Lost connection when I got in the driveway so something was interfering. Long story short. Ripped the Apple TV out of the socket and music came back on...it was the Apple TV interfering
