The Neo Alphasmart ''Word Processor'' model is the only one that has a [http://www.laptopinventory.com/ModelDetail.php/AlphaSmart/NEO/Word%20Processor/LCD%20Screen/35719|LCD screen] listed in the available parts list. (you didn't state your exact model ;-) It isn't cheap.
You could try [http://www.laptopinventory.com/contact_us.php|contacting] them to see if they have an LCD screen for the other models at all. Perhaps the one screen fits all models?
