Why does my Frigidaire FFPH31M6LM Refrigerator not get cold?

Actually, my product wasn't in the list. It's a Frigidaire FFPH31M6LM Compact Refrigerator: https://www.google.com/shopping/product/5100739054722952651
It has a separate freezer - that's fine. The fridge is about 60 deg. I tried moving the dial from one end and waiting, and then to the other and waiting. Not very cold.
I guess the compressor is fine... why isn't the fridge part getting colder?
