My notifications are freezing upon receiving them.

My Gear Fit 2 seems to be freezing when I receive a notification, it will show where it's from, for example a text from my brother, it will display his name then freeze and then x out of the notification. While this doesn't sound like something to be annoyed about I wear this everyday so it's pretty annoying . Thanks for all answers in advance ! I have already tried hard rebooting and clearing the ram.
