shortpapa23 that sounds like your video processor is either not working or your firmware has failed. You do want to unplug your set and keep it unplugged for a while. then plug it back in and push and hold the power button for a while to see if it does reset. Check [http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-32CS560|on here] or the firmware as well as the instruction for how to do it. If that does not work or does not help, then you do want to remove the back of the set. Check for obviously damaged parts on the boards, like leaking or domed looking capacitors.
