First take out the memory card and make sure it is not dirty then allso with the SD CARD or game card then Try unscruing the back board with 4 scrues and then unscrues the top and the bottom then pry it open , unplug the battery and wait 30 seconds blow it off and plug it back in then do evry thing in revirse!!
