I had the same problem, the tablet did not load with 2A and the pc did not recognize it.
1. I had to re-solder the socket on the motherboard for the battery
2. all cables and ribbon cables are removed and reinserted
3. Ribbon cable and micro usb port cleaned with alcohol
and now I have 2A charging power and the data connection to the pc goes
