Sleep mode & Tablet position problem

Dears,

After replacing Lenovo yoga 2 pro touch screen, everything works just fine but when closing lid, it does not go to sleep mode and when in tablet position it goes to sleep mode.

Would it be a reversed sensor in the new screen?

Any advise !!
