Nabi 2. I did a factory reset. Was not able to update software after that. It currently has android version 4.1.1 and product version 1.0 release keys. I called nabi and they said the software was too old to do an update. I also called geek squad and they couldn't help me either. I need to know how I can bypass this and update. Please be aware that I have googled this and I don't understand half of it, so try to put it in dummy terms for me. Thank you.
