LCD won`t turn on after replacement

Hello!

I just replaced my Moto X2 LCD following Ifixit guide.

After the replacement I try to power up the device and it only vibrates, showing no image or backlight.  I tried the same procedure with another LCD and still have the same results.

Any ideias?
