WX100 Replaced Lens - Now images are blurred

Hello, i replaced my lens because of dirt in it.

Now the images are blurred.

I found out, that i need to scan the QR-Code on the lens and write the information to the camera with AdjustmentStation.

Can i do this by my own?

Where do i get this tool?
