How is the Canon EOS 7D weather sealed?

Hello, I'm thinking about buying a damaged Canon EOS 7D to repair and use, does anyone know the extent of sealing to this camera? Will I need to add some sort of grease to the screw heads or will it just be a case of having a rubber gasket around the case part edges?
