If you mean that the phone's LCD screen is cracked or physically broken it cannot be repaired, it has to be replaced.

Here is the ifixit guide on  [guide|70855] which may be of some help.

Look online at places such as Ebay, Aliexpress, etc. for ''LG  V10 LCD screen part'' to find a supplier that suits you best.
