Im not too savvy on Apple products so maybe I could get some assistance. A few years ago I bought a Ipod Touch 5th Generation 32 GB from Amazon through the Apple store. It was a gift for my younger sister. It was fine and worked perfectly and lasted about 2 or so years but lately it won't turn on. The Power button located on top also seems to be stuck and won't return to it's upward spot. Not really sure if it's a dead battery or is it a malfunctioned device. Is this something I should take to an Apple Store or to one of those small 3rd parties screen repair shops? any information will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
