Teresa ( @poojer ) by the climate control do you mean the air conditioner . There is an inline fuse between the PCM and the fans near the IRCM which house the relays @oldturkey03 was referring to . If the inline fuse blows then the whole system screws up because the information coming from the PCM is no longer available . The PCM tell when the temp in the car is high or if the air conditioner is on and relays the message to the fan .
