Dwight check for a leak  around the base of the carb . Make sure the gasket seated properly and that its torqued down properly. Use a propane torch to check for vacuum leaks around the carb . Don't light it just turn on the gas and move it slowly around the seams of the carb with the motor running . When the motor speeds up you found your leak. Hope this helps
