Scroll to p.43 to find the necessary pre-requisites and then the procedure on how to remove the systemboard so as to gain easy access to the USB 3.0 port.
To change the port you will need to have the skills and tools required to perform SMD soldering.
-Unfortunately there is no part number for the actual USB connector in the service manual so you will have to see if you can obtain the correct one by noting the one in situ (as to connections and restraining lugs position etc) and then see if you can find a similar one from places such as [http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=usb+3.0+connector|this] or perhaps there may be a part number stamped on the USB port itself which you may be able to "google" search.
