So far, the only solution I have been able to find is to downgrade to iOS 10.3.3. You have to act quickly as Apple will not be signing the 10.3.3 download much longer. If you have a Mac or PC running the latest version of iTunes, you can force it to install iOS 10 on your iPhone. You can find the iOS 10 download here...

I was able to get my iPhone 7plus working again by downgrading. What a waste of a Saturday morning :( Now I've gotta go to the Apple Store and beg them to take my money for a OEM screen.
