Can I dissasembly Samsung J5 (sm-j500fn) display from digitizer

I work in service.
i have experience at all in servicing phones.
The question is "is it possable at all" and what i need as tools(of course and mini howto).
I needed to replace microusb and wanted to remove the old double adhesive tape and make some scratches unfortunately. I want to dissasembly lcd and digitizer ,use some black marker to fix the scratches inside and assembly lcd and digitizer back. I have here some LOCA and new UV Lamp.
