I am having problems with my karcher washer not making pressure. I tried to remove the pump discharge nozzle insert to clean it. It would not come out, I ended up damaging it and drilling it out. I am wondering if this is the problem. Can someone please explain to me the function of the nozzle insert so I can understand why the pump does not make pressure without it? Makes no sense to me.
