Does it fill and drain? If Your motor has a high and a low speed try the low speed/delicate cycle. If you still only get a fill, turn it to the drain-spin cycle. If it agitated or spins on low speed you could have a bad motor or a bad motor relay. Relay is in the control panel. If it only drains I'd check the water level/pressure switch. It's the round, kind of flat switch in the control panel with a plastic tube that connects to the side of the tub. As the tub fills with water the pressure builds in the tube and activates the switch. I usually remove the tube from the tub and blow in it to manual activate it. The tube could have debris built up in it, or a crack in the tube. Those belt driven Whirlpool washers, in my opinion, are better than anything built today. I hope I help.
