No, the GPU is soldered onto the board, the CPU is replaceable.

If you google "N61VG motherboard" you can see the heat pipes going to several locations, the GPU is under one them,  the bit closest to the fan.

In the image, the 4 blue squares look like the gpus ram, the yellow is the GPU and the pink is the CPU.
