These boards are heat sensitive and fragile. I had the exact same issue on the first one I worked on. I solved it by simply sliding the entire battery ribbon terminal down far enough to just touch the pins you show on the drawing and also still make contact to the 2 pads that did not de-laminate from the board. I had luck with that repair and you should too. Please let us know how you do!
