-Not really on the screws, take a look at it. Yes it's a PITA to get out. But i'd ay least cut the plastic off the two end sections and stick it down.

+Not really on the screws, take a look at it, they just hold down the plastic frame. Yes it's a PITA to get out. But I'd ay least cut the plastic off the two end sections and stick it down. then see if the center sections flop around to much. It's also according to how active you are and if it's getting put in back packs and is really noble. If it is really moved around a lot, I'd go ahead an d stick it in. The alternative would be to cut that plastic in half and stick it down. You know, kind of a half-a$$ed job of it ;-)
