I think this is common problem of Samsung devices.  Since , uninstalling of unnecessary Apps didn't help , then  kindly try to turn off some information in your device that are not in use.  It could be better if you will try replace a new battery.  Or the best way, try to visit  any Samsung center,  probably they had some reasons why it happened.
