HELP - Yashica FX-70 Quartz

Hi,

Recently I have been given a hand me down camera being the Yashica FX-70 Quartz Camera. The apeture is stuck when attached to the body of the camera, yet when it is detached the apeture works perfectly fine. Is there anything I can do?
