If your browser won't get off this screen. start up in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key down. Now you should be able to open the boozer and get it off that screen. Then reboot. Your machine is not infected by getting this but having a paid for anti-virus prevents this from happening as it will give you a noticed before one of the pages loads most of the time. I use Symantec Endpoint Protection.
