I've been using my Surface Pro intensivily for about three years, most of times doing intensive tasks that generate a lot of heat, which would explain the problem.

It seems like the glue that holds the screen in place is starting to let go, so the screen is starting to pop out in the bottom right corner

So, my question is, what is the best way to put it back in place?

I thought about using double sided tape, but I don't think the space is big enough to actually put it there safely.

I've also thought about using some kind of glue or adhesive, but I'm not really sure about exactly what and how.
