I’m afraid not. The entire display panel is one unit. The actual display glass is a very delicate glass and it is stuck to the external, tougher glass using a special adhesive. If you try to separate the two, it will almost definitely crack the delicate display glass. So if you do damage the screen glass and your display is still working, you need to either replace the entire display panel or you need to just stick up your broken display with screen protectors and cellopane tape.
