Replacement for a Cracked Camera Lens Cover?

I was hoping that someone in the group may be able to provide a clue as to either:

a) Find a source for a replacement cover; or

b) Find a compatible replacement cover from another phone.

Love the phone but had a momentary lapse of reason and somehow cracked the lens cover within 2 weeks of owning it.  DOH!!!

Any help would be appreciated.
