Why my 200ah battery cant be full charged by solar.

if i put my 200ah battery on charge its not full charged . solar controller charger is 30A . I USED TO USE 10A NOTHING is changing. even if i put more solar pannels it wont be full charged. even if i take many days its the same. we are in a sun region. my two solar pannels are about 35 volts each.
