Hey. The description of problems with games I have tried is with three games. Donkey Kong Country, Mortal Kombat, and Mortal Kombat 2. With Mortal Kombat everything works as far as audio and video until you get to a fight which at that point characters barely show up and what does show up of them is distorted boxes of varying color. Mortal Kombat 2 goes to the title screen and then nothing. Donkey Kong Country (which to my understanding had two types of graphics, 1.)the in-game graphics, like enemies, Donkey Kong, etc, and 2.)3D rendered imagery, like the background for example. The 3-D rendered imagery turns out as crisp as on any properly working console but the in-game graphics has those same glitch boxes in them and these all appear black. I assume this is a chip going bad and the traces seem to be in good shape and the main board is actually quite crisp looking considering it's age. I could really use some help identifying the exact chip or at least the most likely chip in question here. Thank you.
