I have a problem with my Nexus 5x. After the rear camera glass cracked, I bought an entire new backplate and replaced it. Now I have the problem that there are spots on the camera. I first thought that the new camera glass was faulty, so I took the back off again. But the problem persists. I tried cleaning the camera lens itself with a cleaning cloth specifically for cleaning screens, i applied alot of force but the spots are still exactly the same. I checked old pictures which were made just hours before replacing the back and the spots clearly aren't visible there. So those spots were created with the repair process I think. But how can this happen? How can I fix this? Here are images where you can clearly see them:

Help would be much appreciated, I bought an entire backcover to fix a problem and just created a new one in the process :/
