@fa50suzuki1983, Victoria, It appears to be leaking from the overflow nipple. You may want to consider replacing/rebuilding the carburetor if you have already found dirt in it. Could be the float needs to be adjusted to stop the flow of gas from overfilling the carbs bowl, bad/damaged float needle or seat(replace both perhaps).
