Hmm I'm not aware of any disability options that turn the screen off.. The screen shouldn't turn off, but maybe you activated the Talkback feature? Where is reads everything on the screen aloud to you?

If so you'll need to navigate back to the settings and turn it off. It's weird because you need to double click the items on the screen to continue. First click reads the item, second click moves you to the next screen.
