Unless you are a skilled technician I would advise not attempting this procedure. I have done this repair on a water damaged machine I believe that I did remove battery to completely get to the keyboard: [guide|45140]
The English-German skin I recommended in your previous question should be given a try first in my opinion.
That keyboard uses pegs for the most part. Here's is video on it being replaced if you decide to go ahead with it.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e96zY4c6mXc
