Dried condensation spots in my lens

I have a Lumix LX100 mirrorless that has dried condensation spots inside the the last lens of the objective. These spots  can be seen on the photos taken at small apperture. The Leica 25-75  f:1,7 zomm is not interchageable. Can it be possible to  extact the outside lens and clean it?
