How do I repair these power supplies

There was a know issue on these power supplies but I cannot find what it was.  Here was the Apple recall which has expired:  http://www.apple.com/support/powermac/powersupply/repairextension/

I have several units I would like to repair.  I know they can be sent off for repair.  Any ideas?
